our free newsletter online at http://www.smallcapreview.com.
To be eligible, entries must be completed and received on or by the closing
date of the drawing. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries
shall remain the property of the user. SmallCapReview® is not responsible
for lost, misdirected or delayed entries.
SmallCapReview's contest is not open to
employees of SmallCapReview, it’s suppliers, partner companies, or their
immediate families. Contest opens January 1, 2008 at 1 p.m. (EST) and closes
on December 1, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. (EST).
One winning entry will be randomly drawn from
all current subscribers of the SmallCapReview Newsletter as of the closing
date of the contest. The winner will be contacted via email and must have a
valid email address. The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize by
providing their legal name and address. If prize is not claimed within 48
hours another drawing will be held and another winner given 48 hours to
claim the prize, this process will continue until the prize is claimed.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded.
SmallCapReview reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater
value at its sole discretion. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, and are
non-transferable. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of entrants
received.
SmallCapReview reserves the right to
disqualify any individual or company (and all of his or her contest entries)
that do not enter a valid email address.
The Grand Prize winner must accept delivery
of the grand prize within six weeks of the Grand Prize draw date.
SmallCapReview will pay shipping costs to the legal address provided in the
Unites States or Canada.
The Grand Prize winner will be determined by
a random drawing from all eligible registered entries.
SmallCapReview is not responsible for late,
lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or deteriorated prize entries, nor
for other related problems (failure of Internet server, Internet access or
Internet connection).
The contest is subject to federal, provincial
and local rules and regulations.
The contest is void where prohibited by law.
Limit one entry per person.
SmallCapReview is not responsible for any
accident, negligence, printing, administrative or any other errors that may
arise or occur in connection with the contest and/or prizes awarded. Winners
agree to hold harmless SmallCapReview and each of its respective officers,
directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of
action arising out of winner’s participation in the contest or receipt or
use of prize(s) awarded.
SmallCapReview will take no responsibility
for failure of the website or for any problems or technical malfunctions or
failures of any kind, including but not limited to, the malfunctioning of
any computer, cable, network, hardware or software during the contest.
SmallCapReview reserves the right to modify,
amend or terminate this contest with no obligation or liability.
By entering this contest, winners consent to
the use of their name and city of residence, in any related publicity or
Internet posting without compensation.
